Just like the open hearted person, the open heart pendant is solid gold.

Sometimes, to save on costs, some jewellery will be made with a hollow centre. Unfortunately, hollow jewellery is quite common in the fast fashion market place. So, what’s the problem with hollow jewellery? Almost immediately hollow jewellery will start to get dents and dings with regular wear. And the problem is there is no way to fix a dent in a hollow piece of jewellery. It becomes virtually unwearable depending on how bad the damage is or how comfortable you are wearing dented jewellery.

At Posy Fine Jewellery we only make things that will last, we will not make anything hollow to save on metal costs.

The facets of the heart bracelet was a favourite with clients in years past so we’ve decided to bring it back! Each heart is individually made and, therefore, each one is slightly unique. Just as each of our own hearts are unique.

This bracelet is entirely hand made using recycled sterling silver. A hammered texture is applied at the end to create faceting that reflects the light.

We had made the larger version of the facets of the heart bracelet in years past and it was always favourite with our clients. So, this year, in addition to bringing back the original facets of the heart bracelet we decided to make a smaller one too for those that prefer a daintier style.

A hammered texture is applied to create faceting that reflects the light. Feeling that it needed a bit more heart, we also added a little heart charm.
